Framed under glass. Image measures 14 x 10 1/8. A hand-colored engraved print by British artist William Heath, who was best known for his political cartoons and caricatures, as well as military scenes. He also published work under the pseudonyms Paul Pry and Argus. This print presaged his numbered series of political caricatures for McLean's Monthly, released 1830-1834.
